We have stayed in all inclusive before so this time we expected the same as before (great times was had by all). Good Food, Great Service!
We checked in on a Saturday night and this only took us about 1.5 hours (not great check in time but will admit it was busy).
Our package indicated that all 'tips' were included. We found that in order to get service we had to have our tip in hand.
We will admit the view from our hotel room was great and our safe worked and nothing went missing while we were at the resort.
I would recommend that you not eat dinner at the hotel, lunch and breakfast was okay but the buffer dinners were terrible and the 1 restaurant that they had only had a couple of items that were okay. Go eat dinner somewhere else.
I am sure that what was not eaten at dinner the previous night found its way to the breakfast buffet the next morning. I only ate scrambled eggs and fresh fruit for breakfast and cheese burger for lunch.
The pool needs to be re-done (in the worst way) and if you did not get to the pool by 8:00 a.m. at the latest you probably would not get a lounger or chair to sit on.
