TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Ramon, on several occasions we have reported to your office that our phone lines do not work properly or that we have no telephone line at all, this had been done even before you were in charge. No one was ever sent to check or fix the problem.
This has been a constant problem for at least six months and your office has done nothing about it. Telephone service is an important part of any business and especially for us, without it we lose business on a daily basis. We have four telephone lines which we pay for every month but rarely work as they should, usually, two and sometimes only one work.
We have assigned lines to the fax and internet so we can have two lines for the general public and if these do not work properly it affects us directly.
Last week I contacted you in your office and you informed me that this telephone problem has not been reported to you one single time, and I was truly very surprised. I have reported this problem at least twice a week for the last six months.
I was under the impression that your office was in charge of maintenance for the condominiums, as well as for the commercial spaces in Plaza Marina; if this is not the case please let me know where to direct my reports so that this problem can be solved. High season is coming and we cannot continue operating a business with this problem.
Our telephone lines are:
34970, 34971, 34972 and 32669.

In this letter we would like to make it known to you that to this day no one from maintenance has come to check our leak problem, nor our telephone problem. On September 3 we sent you a written report of our complaints and we have not even received a visit from you to see for yourself the magnitude of this problem.
More rains are forecasted for today and we fear more floods will damage our facilities and our merchandise. We would like to know if we have to report our complaints to another office or to another person, because this really goes beyond the limits of normal behavior.
Awaiting an immediate answer to our requests, we remain at your service.

This letter is to bring your attention to a problem that arose yesterday at 3:30 in commercial spaces J-2 J-3. In advance I would like to say that, supposedly there is a department dedicated to handling CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT, which is supposed to address any issues with the condominium owners, as well as with the owners of commercial spaces, who we contacted yesterday to report the aforementioned problem.
As you may well know, the condominium management department uses maintenance personnel of the hotel for any contingencies in the condominiums, as well as the commercial spaces. As I mentioned yesterday, we had a leak in a cold water pipe that feeds into the air conditioning unit for our spaces, which was getting our merchandise as well as our clientele wet. It was immediately reported to Condominium Management, as well as MAINTENANCE. They, of course, said they would submit a report. It was explained that this was an emergency, that merchandise was being ruined. Nevertheless, we have yet to have someone come check the problem.
It was my good fortune to remember the approximate location of several shut off valves and through trial and error was able to shut off the right one, stopping the leak. At this time we have been forced to hire outside personnel to repair the problem, and as a result of this problem we are now without air conditioning.
Because of this I have deemed it necessary to bring this problem to your attention, we do not know who to turn to for a solution to our problem. On September 3, the day after the rains we found our store flooded in several areas, this was reported in the same manner and no one ever came to check on the problem. To this day, no one, not even Ramon Cortes, the condominium administration manager has had the decency to come see us.
At this time we are in a delicate situation regarding these floods, we genuinely do not know who to speak to.
Hoping that someone will listen to us and understand our problem, we remain at your service.

To whom it may concern:
This letter is to notify you that on Saturday, February 13, we had the unpleasant surprise of finding our commercial spaces J2 – J3 flooded with sewage emanating from a condominium of the Hotel. I personally went to report this to condominium administration and did not find anyone who could assist me, so I went to the security booth to report these findings to maintenance and from there I was put into contact with Mr. Francisco Rangel, who explained that they had been working on this problem all night, which we understand, the only thing that we find to be unfair is that no one thought to deflect the course of the black waters, or to at least use some type of towel or rag to prevent the water from leaking in under our door.
Francisco promised me that he would send someone from housekeeping to disinfect the inside of the store.
The purpose of this letter is only to leave a record of the problem this negligence has caused us, seeing that we had to close the store for cleaning and it could not be re-opened until noon, thus causing us to lose half a day in sales.
I am at your service for any questions you may have.
